Art classes for kids, right here in Greensboro. Sessions are built around the principles and elements of design, taught in a way that actually fits each age group rather than a one-size-fits-all lesson plan. Drawing, painting, crafting, creative exploration. Projects range from single-day crafts to multi-week pieces, so there's always something new to work toward. Class Structure and Age Groups
We offer classes for three distinct age groups to ensure the best learning experience:
Ages 5 - 7 years: 50 minute classes, introducing fundamental art skills in a fun, approachable way.
Ages 8 –12 years: 1 hr 15 min classes, exploring more advanced techniques and projects to develop the creative voice.
Teens 13 years and up: 1.5/2-hour classes, refining fine art techniques and working on more complex, multi-day projects.
Ages 16 years and up: Teens in this age group may join our adult classes for a more advanced learning experience.
Each age group works on projects suited to their developmental level, ensuring a balance of fun and challenge.
