Join us for a peaceful Saturday morning of movement, creativity, and connection inside The Marshall Muse Art Gallery. This gentle flow yoga class is designed to help you slow down, reset, and ease into the weekend with intention. Surrounded by inspiring artwork, we'll move through a grounding and accessible flow focused on mindfulness, balance, and ease—welcoming all levels and experiences.
After class, you're invited to linger a little longer. Take time to wander through the gallery, enjoy a few quiet moments journaling, sketching, or simply taking in the beautiful artwork around you. Saturday Serenity is about creating space to unwind and enjoy the morning at your own pace. Bring your mat, a journal if you'd like, and an open heart—we'll take care of the rest.
