Join us this fall for an outdoor evening series that brings together live music, local art, and a vibrant creative community. Each Thursday, The Marshall Muse transforms into an open-air gathering space featuring live performances, pop-up vendors, and curated artwork on display throughout the grounds. (Weather permitting.)
The event begins at 5pm, giving you time to grab a drink, explore the art, and settle in before live music begins at 6pm. Our bar will be open (credit card only), and guests are welcome to bring their own food or enjoy snacks available for purchase on-site. Outside beverages are not permitted.
While the music fills the outdoor space, creativity continues inside the gallery with Create & Sips, classes, and ongoing programming, making this more than just a concert; it’s a full evening experience.
Whether you're meeting friends, discovering new artists, or simply looking for a place to unwind, the Summer Music Series is your Thursday night destination all season long.

Michael 'Blind-Dog' Gatewood is a blues singer-songwriter from Detroit now based in Greensboro, North Carolina. He's a triple threat: music teacher, instrument technician, and professional musician! You can listen to his soulful tunes on Apple Music, SoundCloud, and ReverbNation.

Steph & The Collective - September 17th
French Jazz Legend Claude Bolling has broken all US Billboard Chart Records, holding the #1 spot on the Classic Billboard Charts for 13 straight years from 1974 through the mid 1980's! Highly entertaining, energetic, romantic, silly and extremely virtuosic, Claude Bolling's Jazz Suites were written for the most celebrated global classical musicians, such as Jean Pierre Rampal and YoYo Ma. Dubbed "Bollington" by French journalists, Claude Bolling's compositions draw from his love for Duke Ellington and traditional American jazz artists from the 1930's-70's. A collection of Greensboro's most prolific musicians have been building and performing a mixture of Bolling's Jazz Suite tunes at the Continental Club in Greensboro, over the past 3 years, while mixing in multi-genre tunes that offer the same sense of humor and whimsy that only Claude Bolling has created for the rest of us who bow down to his absolute brilliance. Come have fun at THE BOLLING SHOW!
Lydia Baldwin - September 10th
Lydia is a multi genre musician, repertoire ranging from classical, jazz, Celtic/Scottish folk, to bluegrass. After touring the country in the musical theater and Renaissance Festival scene the past seven years, Lydia has found her home in North Carolina as a local performing artist.
Nicole Collins - September 24th
Singer-Acoustic Guitar
Nicole is a seasoned vocalist with roots in the New York scene, where she got her start performing in bands. Over the past several years in North Carolina, she’s taken the stage in duos, trios and cover bands, building a reputation for engaging, crowd-pleasing performances.
She currently fronts No Strings Attached, a high-energy, fun-loving band in the Triad known for keeping audiences entertained. Now expanding her musical reach, Nicole is stepping into solo
acoustic performances, accompanying herself on guitar, an instrument she’s been playing the last four years. This new chapter showcases a softer, more intimate vocal style with a mix of classic rock, female-driven hits, and laid-back vibes.
Chris Myers - October 1st
Singer/ songwriter Chris Myers has been performing in NC for many years and has just released his latest album, After the Rustbelt. You can catch him performing throughout the Triad playing solo, duo, or with his band. His music is currently available on all streaming platforms.
Renae Paige - October 8th
Renae Paige is a singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist from Lexington, NC. Renae performs solo, duo and full band shows in the Triad area of North Carolina and the Southeast. Renae Paige has an extensive music history, including twenty-nine years of experience performing live, songwriting, co-writing, and composing. She started writing songs at the early age of ten.
Bradford Reaves and Kristy Jackson - October 15th
Through Ghost Towns to Bluebirds in Guitar Town from Trains to subway sounds. Songwriter Brad Reaves has been around with guitar in hands and songs in his heart hitchhiking through his memories.
Her songs have reached millions, including the Top 5 country hit “Take It Back,” recorded by Reba McEntire, and the post-9/11 anthem “Little Did She Know (She’d Kissed A Hero),” which became the most requested track on New York radio and helped raise over $30,000 for charity.
Tony Storch - October 22nd
Tony Storch is a singer-songwriter/curator and re-interpreter of timeless, toe-tapping music. With a passion for classic Americana, country, folk, and ballads, he brings fresh energy to familiar tunes. Tony performs with acoustic and electric guitars (& harmonica), using live-looping to layer melodies and leads, creating a full-band feel as a solo act.
Julia Goodson - October 29th
Julia Goodson is an alternative singer-songwriter from Greensboro, NC, blending classical piano with soaring vocal melodies and haunting lyrics. Music has always been the most important part of her life, and her original compositions have given a voice to feelings that would have otherwise remained unexpressed. Her greatest wish is that others who have shared her personal struggles will identify with her message and find hope.

Join us Thursday nights this summer and connect with a vibrant, creative crowd at The Marshall Muse Gallery. We’re inviting local vendors to set up during our Summer Music Series and showcase your art, products, or services in a lively, community-driven atmosphere.
Each event features live music, a bar, and a steady flow of guests enjoying an evening of art and connection. This creates the perfect setting in which to share your offerings.
