Take your watercolor skills deeper as you explore the beauty of landscape painting in this intermediate-level class. Designed for artists with a basic understanding of watercolor techniques, students will learn how to create depth, atmosphere, and emotion in their landscapes through color mixing, layering, composition, perspective, and expressive brushwork.

Through guided projects and personalized instruction, artists will explore techniques for capturing skies, trees, water, natural textures, and the changing moods of the landscape while developing their own artistic style. This relaxed and supportive class encourages experimentation, skill-building, and creative growth for artists looking to expand their watercolor practice.

Basic watercolor experience recommended.

Hello there! My introduction to this tool was in the Squarespace 4 days and it's been thrilling to see how it's evolved. This led to my offering custom Squarespace-based website design and coaching for more than a decade. Then there was a series of sudden deaths in my inner circles and also a bit of an online stalker situation around the time I realized I was burning out on client projects. These days I only work occasionally with a handful of long-term clients and friends.

Print-on-demand mostly pays my bills now. However I still love Squarespace and fantasize that one day I'll harness enough of my rampant ADHD to finally create the sites I envision for marketing some of my creative projects.

I try to follow along here when time permits, even if it's mostly as a lurker.
